This is a shimmering fresh Sauvignon from the top shelf. Triple winner of the taste test held by KLM and executed by Thereze and Jonnie Boer.
Vinification :This Sauvignon Blanc is selected by Thierry Delaunay from the best cuvées of Loire Valley region which, once assem- bled and matured on fine lees, express all the qualities of the richness and varieties Loire’s terroirs which bring a complexity, elegance and finesse to this wine.
Gentle pressing of the grapes followed by temperature-controlled fermentation at 16°C in tank
Ageing :On fine lees in stainless steel tank
Tasting Note :Pale yellow in colour with green tints. An expressive nose marrying grapefruit, goos- berry, pear, fresh lime and a subtle touch of tropical fruit. These bright fruits continue onto the palate which is round, fleshy and framed by a delicate touch of sweetness. A soft and perfumed Sauvignon Blanc.
