Marchetti Verdicchio d Castelli di Jesi l'Agreste 2017
The late-harvested grapes ripen for 6 months in stainless steel tanks on the yeast. the contact with the own yeast gives this wine its special fullness and harmony. The pressing takes place at low pressure to retain only the most valuable ingredient of the peel and pulp. The wine smells of acacia, quince, pineapple, and grapefruit. The taste is balanced with different components, an elegant structure, and complexity.
