Domaine Bonne Tonne Morgon "Les Charmes" 2017
In the Grote Hamersma 2019
Beaujolais is great again.
In 2017, exports to the Netherlands increased by almost 50 percent, to China by 37 and to the US by 25
percent, reads the journal: Slijtersvakblad.
"The Beaujolais finally has its long-awaited renaissance within reach. That is partly due to a new generation of winemakers who have worked hard in recent years on quality improvement and with modern wines knows how to respond to the taste preferences of the current wine drinker. "Can just be right. So just get acquainted with the winemaker of Domaine de la Bonne Tonne. Voilà, Thomas Agatensi, who visited the importer himself during the Wine Professional trade fair in Amsterdam. Whether as importer of the legendary wines of Ganevat they might also be interested in his biodynamic operations in Morgon? Both have not regretted that meeting. The 2015 Les Charmes brought in was the overall winner of the third competition Beaujolais-Pays Bas. And indeed, bojo as it was once intended. Unfiltered. Unclear. Unsulfurized.
Biodynamic. Bearing mounted on large used wood. Mischievous, graceful, kind, generous, invigorating, cheerful-spirited. The export can be increased even further.
