Located just outside Montpellier and has been in the possession of the Biscaye family for 5 generations. Emmanuel Biscaye is the driving force behind the domain that he inherited when he was still studying. From the moment he became the owner of the domain, his aim was to modernize the wine domain in terms of vinification and production methods. The redesign of the vineyards was also an important goal. The aim was quality over quantity. This focused thinking resulted in 2010 in the first harvest of the domain according to the new thinking of Emmanuel. The wines are all very pleasant with lots of fruit, good structure, nice balance, and elegance.
This is such a house wine that makes you happy when they give it;'s served! A wine that does not go wrong at home. Fresh, fruity and drinkable. Delicious on the terrace.
