The refreshing Elbling is one of the oldest white wine grapes in Europe. In the Obermosel about 2000 years old. Very challenging, fresh and nice acidity. Stunning terroir wine from extremely steep slopes. Abi opts for optimally ripe grapes and harvest one month later than his colleagues.
