Description
ADN Blanc has an intense yellow color. The scent is fine and complex with notes of exotic fruit and lemon. In the mouth, the onset is very soft, followed by a lively freshness. A wine to drink now as an aperitif or with shellfish, sushi and light fish dishes. This wine is also surprising with poultry and pork.
The wine, made from 100% Gros Manseng, comes from clay-gravel soils. The vineyards are located along the foothills of the Pyrenees and have a planting density of 6,500 vines / ha with a yield of 80 hl / ha. The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 °. Aging in stainless steel barrels for 6 months.
