This wine is made from 100% viognier grapes on terrace vineyards in the middle and top of the calcareous hills. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented 20% in oak barrels of 500 liters. The wine is very aromatic, floral and refined in the nose with lots of ripe fruit such as apricot, some mandarin and a slight spiciness. In the mouth refined, soft tropical fruit and beautiful acids and a very light plumpness that give the wine a very good balance. The advice is not to drink too cold (around 12 degrees) and delicious with Mediterranean chicken or fish dishes, Asian cuisine and mild cheeses. Half an hour in a carafe is recommended!
