The wines of Vignoble des 2 lunes stem from the know-how of sisters Amélie and Cécile Beucher, who represent the 7th generation of winemakers. Every year they strive to live in harmony with what mother nature has to offer us. The diversity of the terroirs of the vineyards allows them to create unique, characterful wines that define the distinctive style of the wine estate.
Every harvest means a new beginning for Vignoble des 2 lunes. Special attention is paid to the vines. They harvest manually and make a careful selection of only the best grapes from each bunch. The passion is passed on during the maturation process to finally achieve a unique style that defines Vignoble des 2 lunes.
The perfectly ripe grapes provide an excellent blueprint for their typicity. The wines are never drunk very young, all wines remain in the barrel for 12 months to evolve before leaving the cellar. The sisters almost have an obsession with making fine wine, in harmony with nature. This does not only apply to the wine, but also to the selection of the bottle, the packaging and the closure.
