Valpolicella comes from the vineyard 'Case Vecie' at 450 meters above sea level. The vineyard was planted in 1994. The ripening of the grapes is a slow process, which is influenced by the local cold nights and warm days. These special circumstances give the grapes a high acidity and a spiciness, to be found in the wine.
The wine is matured in 25 HL Slovenian oak barrels for 1 year.
