Description
Beautiful dark red color, intense and deep. The wine has an aromatic nose of very ripe, complex and subtle red fruit, which gives a lot of freshness. The attack is full and frank, after which the taste changes to full and soft. The tannins are very fine, precise and velvety. The Margaux style is very assertive, the finish is very long, with spicy flavors, some subtle notes of tobacco and eucalyptus, combined with a very nice freshness.

Vintage 2017: The dry winter was characterized by a lack of rainfall. In spring there were surpluses between mild temperatures and severe frost in April, flowering was ideal in hot and dry conditions. Veraison was homogeneous and the cool summer ensured that a nice acidity could be maintained. Plots located on the Brane plateau and on Carabin remained frost-free and benefited from favorable conditions from all points of view. The 2017 vintage is in line with the two previous years.
