Description
Eclipse Crémant from Vignoble des 2 lunes is a sparkling wine made from pinot blanc, pinot gris and pinot noir grapes. The color of the wine is yellow gold with fine bubbles in the glass. In the fragrance it has aromas of citrus, toasted bread, flowers like jasmine and acacia with a smoky undertone. In the taste it is a full wine, intense with a soft pleasant bubble. The wine is aged for 24 months on its lees for 24 months. This wine can be served as an aperitif or with dishes such as beef carpaccio, pata negra or other smoked meats. It is also a good accompaniment to creamy cheeses such as camembert and sorbets made from flowers or fruit.
Cécile and Amélie, the two sisters who own the vineyard, are the seventh generation to operate these vineyards. She obtained the Demeter certification to improve the biodynamic work of their parents. From the beginning they have produced their wine in perfect harmony with the stars and the lunar calendar. Always looking for impeccable quality, the sisters take special care in their work, from the bottom to the bottle.
