Description
Finca Valderoble has a vibrant, deep red color. It has deep, delicate aromas of wild forest flowers and the fresh breeze of the high plateaus, which blend harmoniously with characters of ripe tropical fruit. It has mineral undertones reminiscent of limestone combined with spicy and smoky notes. Hints of freshly picked grapes fill the mouth, along with fresh tannins that have yet to be finely and polished. Full of flavor with a fine-grained texture; the full ripeness of the grapes emerges, followed by a long, lingering finish.
Aging: 18 months in oak barrels (500 L).
