Description
The wine has a straw yellow color with lemony highlights. The delicate nose is reminiscent of golden delicious apples and lime blossom. Chardonnay from Veneto has combined the rich fruit that comes with Chardonnay with a fresh note of beautiful acidity, giving you a delicious drinkable wine. On the palate it is fresh, balanced and nicely balanced, with a pleasant taste. Excellent with grilled vegetables, quiche, green asparagus with burrata and light fish dishes.
The grapes are manually harvested when they are optimally ripe, the grapes are crushed, destemmed, pressed and breeding yeasts are added. Controlled cold fermentation at 14 ° C. Fermentation is followed by stretching and the wine is kept on the fine lees with regular batonage. Bottling is done several times a year to ensure that the product is always fresh.
