Description
Verduzzo, a grape variety that enjoyed remarkable renown in the past, was overshadowed by the advent of international varieties and is now almost nowhere to be found. Few producers continue to grow this grape. Previously pressed with other grapes to make blended table wines, Giol uses it to produce a pure Verduzzo, creating a pleasant wine that deserves much more respect than in the past. It is a straw yellow wine with green nuances, fresh and with a slight bitterness. It has a delicate fruity peach aroma reminiscent of spring. The perfect accompaniment to spring dishes and pizzas and pastas, to share or enjoy alone. Serve at 10-12 ° C. This is a nice addition to our collection of traditional wines.

The grapes are manually harvested when they are optimally ripe, the grapes are crushed, destemmed, pressed and breeding yeasts are added. Controlled cold fermentation at 14 ° C. The wine is kept on the fine lees with regular batonage. Bottling is done several times a year to ensure that the wine is always fresh.
