Born from an experiment and tradition. Playful and precious. The Youth of King Nebbiolo.
The sparkles in the wine change from purple-red to violet and blue. Elegant and clear in its complexity, it reveals aromas of violets from Nebbiolo, combined with plums, blueberries, blackberries and cherries. On the palate, it reveals its nobility as a young prince, with lively yet silky tannins, well balanced with soft flesh, its fresh acidity is persistent and soft, accompanying the palette between fruit and minerality. Intriguing, complex and long-lasting with its aromatic sensations.
From the Bettolotti vineyard in La Morra. Lying between 230 and 270m above sea level, oriented to the southeast. Fermentation on the skin takes place for 12 to 16 days in stainless steel tanks. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Maturation: 6 moons in the bottle.
