Description
By not filtering the wine, he was able to keep all of its potential. The wine has exuberant aromas of flowers, summer fruits and fresh herbs, all together. In taste it has a nice volume, is full and juicy, but very elegant and delicate. Very representative of its origin and the environment in which the Chardonnay grows and develops.
At the end of March, these grapes were harvested and processed directly in the wine estate. The alcoholic fermentation was carried out at cold temperatures. Preserved for a long time with its fine lees in suspension, some went to 500L French oak barrels for vinification and maturation. Before the wine is bottled, only cold settling is used as a clarification treatment.
