The grapes are picked by hand, the soaking takes 1 night after which the grapes are pressed in the early morning. The vinification is first started without yeast, which is added later. The wine ages in 400L barrels for 6 to 8 months.
This cuvee presents the clairette in its original form, with expressions of delicious fruit and freshness.
