This Bonarda wine has a violet red color. Experience an intensely aromatic expression of fresh plum and strawberry fruit combined with minty and spicy notes. The taste is tight, mineral with a fresh acidity. Very tenacious and balanced.
The vineyard is located near the Andes mountains at an altitude of about 1200m. The soils are of alluvial origin, loose and highly permeable structure. In this vineyard they have a special way of pruning, irrigation and awning management to obtain a balanced vineyard that provides high quality grapes. The harvest for this wine takes place about mid-March. Fermentation is in stainless steel tanks at 24-26 ° C for 9 days, maceration after fermentation for 5-15 days.
