Description
The grapes used for this Bulles Blanc are harvested by hand and come from vines over 30 years old that face the south. This very fruity wine is characterized by green apple aromas specific to the Mauzac grape variety and combined with a low alcohol content of 10%.
This wine is made according to the ancestral method also known as the Gaillac method: the bubbles are created by fermentation in the bottle without the addition of liqueur / tirage.
This Bulles Blanc is produced without added sulfites.
