This Riesling Signature has a delightful aroma of ripe fruit such as yellow apple, quince and passion fruit. It is a wine with power, volume and a fine minerality. This is the premium Riesling from Gustavshof's best vineyard Eideswiese. This vineyard has a special microclimate, protected from the wind, with a calcareous soil. These are the optimal properties for Riesling. Before the grapes from the Eideswiese ripen to Rielsing, they are selected several times by hand in the vineyard. Only the grapes with the greatest ripening potential remain on the vine. It is a wine with power, one that immediately impresses. It has an elegant balance between its acidity and minerality.
