Description
The pre-fermentation of the Grenache and Syrah grapes gives this wine its aromatic character with scents of very ripe red and black fruit, which gives the wine its roundness and softness. Very pleasant in combination with different types of meat, grilled, baked or stir-fried white meat and all types of meat from the barbecue. But also with charcuterie, tapas, grilled red meat and fried chicken.
Mas de Vessière Rouge has a ruby red color with deep purple sparkles in the glass. The scent of the wine is fresh, fruity and has aromas of black currants, cherries and blackberries. On the palate, the wine is crunchy, delicate, juicy and has velvety tannins. The wine is soft, slightly mineral with a good intensity and a long finish.
The grapes are from organic viticulture. After harvest, fermentation takes place in cement barrels. Traditional vinification.
