Description
The wine is perfumed with notes of fresh fruit and red berries. The scent is enhanced by aromas of lemon zest that freshens the attack. Flowers and wild berries in the glass, typical of touriga nacional. In the taste it has fresh red fruit, with a very fresh aftertaste.
Alcoholic fermentation is applied by means of “Bica Aberta” (without skin contact), for almost a month at low temperatures.
