The Cuatro Rayas vineyards are located on typical terraced land with a sand and loam soil structure (sand on clay substrate). This soil is poor in organic material and very warm because of the high concentration of boulders and sand in the upper layers. This makes the wines produced soft of acids, very accessible and particularly suitable as house wine.
Cuatro Rayas makes this Frizzante in a natural way, the conversion of sugars into alcohol is stopped by cooling, thereby a low alcohol percentage and residual sweetness.
