ZEROMAX is a non-alcoholic beverage produced by removing the alcohol from one of our finest blends, created from two resistant PIWI “zero-chemical” grape varieties: Bronner and Johanniter.

Dealcoholized wine is neither grape juice nor must; it is obtained by extracting the alcohol from normally vinified wine. The dealcoholization method used does not involve any chemical substances and therefore does not alter the wine’s organoleptic properties.

The addition of food-grade CO₂ and a light addition of grape must give the beverage the character of a dry taste.

Characteristics:
On the nose, delicate aromas emerge. The bubbles show a clean, linear style with nuances from the floral family: fresh white flowers. These are followed by notes of white-fleshed fruit: green apple and pear. In the finish, a bouquet of aromatic herbs appears, such as thyme and sage.

On the palate, it is fresh, clean, and remarkably light, leaving a sensation of purity and balance in the mouth. The aftertaste brings back fruity notes of apple and pear, followed by even more intense aromatic herbs.
