Description
Les Saisons de Vessiere has a golden color, with silvery sparkles in the glass. It is a wine with a wonderful freshness, aromatic, rich, intense aromas of white flowers, peach and pear accompanied by good acidity. The taste of the wine is fresh, intense, juicy, full, powerful and ends with a long finish. Excellent to combine with cold fish starters, fish terrine, crustaceans and shellfish and grilled fish.
This wine is a blend of 75% Roussanne and 25% Grenache blanc, from clay and pebble soils. The grapes are destemmed and then placed in stainless steel wines where the fermentation takes place and where the wine then ripens further.
