Description
This Malbec Reserve has an intense ruby red color with purple tones. The aromas of fresh red fruit and flowers stand out, perfectly harmonized with aromas of spices, cocoa and vanilla, this is due to the aging in oak wood which creates complexity. The taste is soft with sweet and velvety tannins and a long finish.
The harvest takes place manually. The grapes are selected from different plots based on their quality, yield performance and their expression. They are vinified separately in order to obtain different styles and components and thus achieve better complexity. Then a cold maceration takes place for 3 to 5 days. They use native yeasts for fermentation at temperatures between 25-28 ° C.
Aging: 8-10 months in mainly French oak barrels and a small part American.
