One of the top cuvee's from Domaine Singla is cuvée Bressol. Because there is a lot of pruning, the grape yield (the yield) is low and the concentration very high. Aromas of sun-braised ripe stone fruit and liquorice come from the glass. The wine fills the mouth and is characterized by fresh notes of liquorice, spices and cherries. It is powerful and complex with a lingering finish of silky tannins and a hint of undergrowth.
The plots, in total 50 hectares, are housed in the middle of rocks, scrubland and pine forests and follow the natural physiognomy of the place: hills, steep slopes and plains. Laurent de Besombes Singla found the way to reveal the amazing potential of this terroir. True to the grapes that love the sun of Roussillon, he creates some authentic wines, fine, elegant, full of earth are produced.
Since he took back the family farm, Laurent de Besombes has isolated the best tenements, 50 hectares in total, which bear the name Domaine Singla.
