Description
This Rosé is bright pink in color. In the fragrance it has aromas of flowers, strawberries and pomegranate. It is a lively wine with a fresh and balanced acidity.
Immediately upon arrival at the winery, the red Sangiovese grapes underwent a white wine process, including the skins for 24 hours and cold fermentation at 14 ° C. Galil Mountian Rosé is made from the Pinot Noir, Barbera and Grenache grapes in the saignée. method (bleeding), in which a small percentage of juice from the red wine tanks was tapped a few hours after entering the grapes and then fermented separately.
The winter prior to the growing season was warmer than previous years. As a result, the vine's flowering occurred earlier than usual, causing ripening and harvesting to start about two weeks earlier. Temperatures were relatively moderate throughout the growing season without extreme events, allowing for quality ripening.
