Description
The Plessys! Bearing a climate name that evokes the one of a rich provincial notable, this Pouilly-Fuissé bears a comparison. At ease in your mouth thanks to its voluminous attack on the palate intensified by beautiful aromas of ripe peach and roasted pineapple. Gifted with a long arm, just like its mineral finish, giving the whole a first-rate balance. Cut to face the most difficult palates without shaking in the face of a dozen armed snails in battle. The Plessys? Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful representatives of an appellation with a quiet strength. 
Fermentation: 50% demi-muids (600 liters) and 50% bourguignonnes pieces (228 liters) during 12 months. additional aging during 12 months in stainless steel vats on fine lees. Filtration if necessary.
