Located 160 meters above sea level at the foot of the Larzac hills, the vineyards of Fonjaya stretch out. The very stony clay-limestone soil together with the dry climate in summer limit the yield.
Both during growth and during harvest, the grapes are surrounded with the greatest care. In order to give the wine a favorable start from the beginning, it is extremely important to avoid crushing the grapes. This could cause an early fermentation. The quality of the wines is preserved through regular tasting, analysis and careful assembly. The new trim makes Terzac even more attractive.
