Description
Clea Reserva has a cherry red very bright color with purple tones. In the fragrance it has a great aromatic intensity, with notes of fruit compote and great complexity of aromas of the wood. On the palate, this complexity is reflected, a very well-structured wine, aged tannins and an extraordinary aging power.
This wine is made from Tinta del Pais and Cabernet Sauvignon, coming from old low-yielding vineyards located in Moradillo de Roa, and younger but still low-yielding vineyards from Cabernet Sauvignon located in Fuentemolinos. Harvesting here is done manually from selected grapes in late September and early October. Aging: 16 months in new French oak barrels.
