This Sauvignon Blanc is light yellow in color with green tones. It has an expressive fragrance that combines grapefruit, gooseberry, pear, fresh lime and a subtle touch of tropical fruit. These bright fruit notes continue on the palate where the wine is fleshy and round with a delicate touch of sweetness. It is a fresh, soft and perfumed Sauvignon Blanc.
This Sauvignon Blanc has been selected by Thierry Delaunay from the best cuvées of the Loire Valley, which, once assembled and aged, expresses all the qualities and richness of the different terroirs of the Loire terroirs. This gives this wine a complexity, elegance and finesse.
Aging: At its fine 'lees' in stainless steel tanks.
