An exciting blend of Grenache Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The juice will jump out of the glass. It is no coincidence that this all-rounder was labeled by Pieter Nijdam in De Telegraaf as the ideal terrace wine. Fresh, lively fruit scents of apple and pear, no trace of wood in the glass and delicious fresh notes in the mouth. In addition to asparagus, it is also recommended with spicy Asian food, fried fish, mussels or as poured wine on a terrace or boat.
Located at an altitude of 160 meters, at the foot of the hills of the Larzac, the Terzac vineyards stretch out. The vineyards benefit from the fresh air that comes from the plateau du Larzac and the warm Tramontane wind that blows regularly through it. Together these factors contribute greatly to the balance, elegance and fresh qualities. The very stony clay-limestone soil and the dry climate in the summer limit the yield. The grapes are surrounded with the greatest care. The quality of the wines is preserved through fermentation under controlled temperatures, regular tasting and analysis as well as careful assembly.
