Description
This wine has a light yellow color with green hints. Experience intense floral aromas combined with tropical fruits and lemon notes. Concentrated and intense palette, with citrus and mineral sensations that increase freshness and give an elegant finish.
The vineyard is located near the Andes mountains at an altitude of 4000 feet. The soils are of alluvial origin, loose and highly permeable structure. In this vineyard they have a special way of pruning, irrigation and awning management to obtain a balanced vineyard that provides high quality grapes. They only harvest here by hand, around the end of February, early March. This is followed by a strict selection of the bunches of grapes by means of a sorting table. The grapes are pressed gently and then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under at a controlled temperature.
