This Côte du Rhône has a beautiful deep red color of pomegranate. It is structured, round, elegant and well-balanced. It has aromas of red fruit, leather and cocoa. We taste a light maturity in the mouth, the tannins are fine. An elegant wine that can be used well with charcuterie and grilled meat or fish from, for example, the barbecue, preferably with herbs such as thyme and rosemary.
The grapes are largely harvested manually and then go to the sorting table to remove all stems and leaf residues. Then a fermentation follows between 10 and 15 days at a temperature of 28 to 32 degrees. The wine is aged in concrete cuves for 12 to 15 months.
Storage potential: 3 to 5 years.
