This rosé wine is made from monastrell. It has a nice salmon like color. In the nose, the wine is fruity with aromas reminiscent of strawberries and plums. In the taste, the wine is full of fruit, fresh, with a long finish. The wine is easy and elegant as well as fresh and lively.
This rosé wine is made from selected hand-picked Monastrell grapes. The grapes are destemmed, gently crushed, after which fermentation takes place. The temperature does not exceed 16 C in order to preserve all the grape aromas, which in this way express the youthfulness and freshness of the wine.
