Touraine Rouge is with 50% from Gamay- und zu 50% from Cabernet Franc-Trauben auf Kiesel-Ton-Böden keltert. Die Weine der Domaine de la Brossette became vinifiziert in Edelstahltanks, which bring the Charakter der Trauben Sauvignon Blanc, Gamay und Cabernet Franc as well as the Einfluss des Terroirs, in dem die Trauben angebaut, zum Ausdruck.
