The popular grape variety is known all over the world. The grapes grow on the best selected vineyards of the municipality of Eppan. They develop in such an excellent way that they produce a high quality and powerful but elegant premium wine. Chardonnay is part of the Sanct Valentin line since 1986 and is one of the most important wines of the winery. Excellent balance, well integrated acid and excellent aging potential.
